• Password (encrypted)
• Discord account information (if you choose to sign in with Discord)

• Guild role and permissions
• Event participation records
• Build guide contributions
• Currency transactions (Silver Coins, Gold Tickets)
• Weapon preferences
• Activity timestamps

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the CATGDOM service
• Manage your account and authentication
• Enable guild event organization and participation
• Track and display guild member roles and permissions
• Manage in-game currency and rewards
• Display build guides and equipment loadouts
• Improve and optimize the platform
• Send important service notifications via email

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a PostgreSQL database service). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted passwords using bcrypt
• Secure HTTPS connections
• Row-level security policies
• Regular security audits

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Other guild members: Your display name, role, and activity (events, builds) are visible to other guild members
• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting)
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

• Theme preferences (dark mode)
• Essential platform functionality

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

CATGDOM is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
